Three Counties Art History Group

is based in the centre of Great Malvern has approximately 40 people, numbers are limited, from the counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire attending 10 week terms on Monday afternoons from 1.45 to 3.45 pm in the Malvern Theatre Hospitality Room. Course fees are now £65 per 6 week term.

It all began as a Birmingham University extra-mural class in the 1990's, later becoming a non-profit making, privately run group with local lecturer, Ursula Gill BA, now retired. Alice Foster M.A. has been our lecturer since Spring 2011.

Alice has lectured at the University of Oxford, Department of Continuing Education for many years. She is an experienced NADFAS lecturer and has been a member of the teaching team at Farncombe Residential Courses, Broadway, since its inception. Alice was responsible for the History of Art unit at a Summer School at Brasenose College, Oxford for American students from 1996-2014 and now lectures at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.

Alice regularly guides study tours to Italy, including Florence, and other parts of Europe & UK.

Alice is a delight, an inspirational teacher. We're sure you will be engaged by her excellent illustrated lectures.
